Shipping policy

Items are generally shipped USPS First Class Package which is approximately $4.00 to ship one car.  For items over 1lb, packages will be shipped Priority Mail.  If other services are requested, shipping fees and/or times may change or vary.  

Typically there is a 1-2 days handling time. Items are boxed or enveloped appropriately and safely with tracking numbers provided. 

You are responsible for submitting a correctly formatted address with a full name. Not responsible for returned packages that are due to an incorrect address or name.

We appreciate your shopping with us. The Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through:
Sonyashotwheels.com, Shop, Facebook, Meta or Instagram. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO FRAUD, ALL CHARGEBACKS WILL BE PURSUED! Orders are documented and shipped accordingly.  The POST OFFICE has a high rate of satisfactory delivery and if you have a problem on your end, please read about your responsibility below. Also note-if you have issues with your local post office, it is your responsibility to provide a safe space for your delivery or choose Priority Mail which gives you insurance and tracking.  Sonya's Hot Wheels cannot and will not be responsible for delivery issues. Once it is shipped, it is out of our hands. All fraudulent and suspect claims of non-delivery when tracking shows it has been delivered will be documented and reported to the FTC. 

Sonya's Hot Wheels is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

United States
Canada

 Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM PT). For security reasons, We will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs may depend on the size and dimensions of the package and the place of delivery of the order and will be shown and calculated in the payment screen.

Sonya's Hot Wheels may on some occasions and as a result of offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase on the website.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
1 - 3 business days.
Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM EST (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

SHIPPING TIMES
3 - 7 business days.

Please note that in-stock items ordered with pre-orders will not be shipped until all items are available.
Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking details of your order. Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number, for further assistance and information.

DELAYS
Sonya's Hot Wheels is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Sonya's Hot Wheels will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses and full names at the time of purchase.

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
We recommend customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

CUSTOMS TAX
Customs in certain countries may charge additional taxes or fees. Please note that any additional costs related to import/customs duty are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own country's policy on importing goods, as we are unable to provide this for you.

SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment the product is made available to the buyer by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".
